This is nothing new to the T&T community, but it’s wonderful to read that others validate what we already knew: Trampoline has well-being benefits. Over the years, I’ve observed and participated in trampoline fitness-specific programs all over the world, but not in the US. Trampoline is primarily a competitive sport in the US and little is done to share its health advantages here.
It’s interesting that this blog was written by an engineer in Jakarta. Since there is no national trampoline team there, it’s likely that trampolines are used exclusively for health and fitness purposes.
